Brewery
The family of the last owner’s niece from Nordhausen looked for a new challenge after the German reunification- the step into their own business. They bought the buildings of the old brewery in very bad conditions and organised the reconstruction to a tavern brewery, under consideration to the once character and the preservation of anxious monuments.

4 varieties have brewed since that time:
- Pubarschknall (the famous brown beer)
- Lüdde - Pilsener
- Lüdde - black beer
- Bock oder Weizen (a beer of the season)

The heart of the brewery is the classic 2- accessory –brew with a volume of 10 hectolitre which has a central place in the roofed yard regarding to the wish of the constructor.
 

The additional equipment (hot water tank, whirlpool, plate heat exchanger, steam generator, compressor, fermentation tank, storage tank, ice water machine and accumulator, CIP system, dispensing tank, CO² / N² system) is placed in the interior of the former brewery building.
